If you recognize the driver(maybe a friend of a friend) of the red car please do your civil duty and report him/her to the police for 'hit and run.' You can always give an anonymous tip to the police. We all like to watch train wrecks, but these a-holes cost lives and insurance premiums to go up. It's one thing to speed. It's another to be an idiot! - Chris
